The “Suami of Umami” (aka Tim Hanni MW) is surely one of the leading international wine personalities when it comes to wine tasting, how people taste and also why people taste what they taste. He’s been researching the subject for over a decade but on this day, at the 2010 Bibendum Times Event, nothing seemed to work the way it was supposed to.

Jo (aka Maya), Mr. EC and myself all tried and tried again but the result was always the contrary to what it should have been – for whatever reason. But it was all in good fun and kudos go out to Tim for being such a great sport about the whole thing. He definitely has one of the best laughs I’ve ever heard!
